Project Egress
Brief
Project Egress was a collaborative initiative led by Adam Savage in partnership with the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum. Launched in July 2019 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing, the project aimed to create a life-size replica of the Apollo 11 Command Module's hatch fabricated by 40 makers across the US. BLDG 61 was one of those makers, working on Part #30.
